Diluted them in a carrier oil such as sweet almond and gently rub on the pain area. Leave out Black pepper, Marjoram and Lavender diluted in sweet almond oil can be used a massage oil for sore muscle.
Blended with Lavender ( Lavandula angustifolia) and Clary Sage ( Salvia sclarea), it relieves pain and cramping associated with dysmenorrhea. Dilute them in a carrier oil such as sweet almond and use it in a roller ball.
Freshly cut leaves can be infused in raw organic apple cider vinegar for salad dressing. They can also be macerated in olive oil for a few weeks to extract its essences (essential oil) for an aromatic and luxurious massage oil to be blended with other essential oils as suggested above.
